How long does the screening process take for Virtual Allies?

The screening process usually lasts 1-3 business days, during which we aim to promptly evaluate applicants' qualifications for the next steps. Our recruitment team meticulously reviews your application to ensure your skills align with our hiring criteria.

What is the timeline for the final interview process, and when are the results provided?

The final interview process typically spans 1-3 business days, with prompt communication of results to applicants. This stage is pivotal for assessing eligibility for subsequent phases. What is the process after passing the final interview?

After passing the final interview, the next step is the Client-VA matching phase. During this phase, typically 3-4 candidates will undergo another round of interviews, this time directly with the client. The client will then choose their availability for the interview. Following this, there is a timeline of 1-3 business days (or depending on the client's decision) to finalize the selection.

What happens after the Client-VA matching phase?

The final stage is the onboarding process, where successful applicants are smoothly integrated into our system. During this phase, you'll participate in the client-VA meet and greet. Together with your client, you'll establish goals and ensure clear expectations are set.

Can Virtual Allies choose their own schedules?

No, Virtual Allies cannot choose their own schedules. Clients determine the working hours based on their business needs, and Virtual Allies are expected to adhere to the schedule set by the client.

Are there benefits for Virtual Allies?

Yes, all Virtual Allies are eligible for HMO benefits after completing 6 months with My Virtual Ally, irrespective of their work hours with clients. Salary increases are provided annually, with the percentage increase contingent upon their performance evaluation.

Are there additional perks for Virtual Allies?

Yes, Virtual Allies enjoy milestone treats, Christmas bonuses, and giveaways as part of our appreciation for their dedication and hard work.

What are the operating hours of the Talent Acquisition team?

Our Talent Acquisition team operates from Mondays to Fridays, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. During these hours, you can reach out to our team for any inquiries or assistance related to the recruitment process.
